Marvel Comics Considering Live-Action Shows

Wonder Comics is reasoning toilsome about vital-action Television receiver shows supported on its characters. Hither's hoping they'rhenium better than the lame 1970s TV movies that were made.

Marvel Comics has definitely become an entertainment power plant over the last ten. Between the movies, the cartoons, and the videogames, it's safe to say that Marvel's successfully recovered from the Chapter 11 failure it had to file for in the 1990s. Nonetheless, one area of the amusement stage business that the publisher hasn't had a lot of a Recent epoch mien in is live action television (aside from Blade: The Series). Speaking to MTV, Marvel Editor-of import Joe Quesada (vaguely) disclosed that his society is considering such a figure, but he's not confirming anything at the instant:

"We didn't have a telly network, and now we do. We'Ra share of ABC, Alphabet Family, and ABC Studios, and Disney XD. We're part of a bigger fellowship. This opens us up to soh many, many incredible ideas and creators that want to work with us, not just in comics or animation operating theatre film, but now also in television.

"We're talking to some people, we have several great ideas, [and] we deprivation to make sure that whatever we issue forth out with first, whatever we decide to come out with first, is explosive and conscionable has everyone smiling from capitulum to ear and expression that is quintessentially Marvel.

"Anything and everything is on the set back. We're thinking about all possibleness for Marvel."

Marvel's acquisition by Disney seems to give birth been a relatively eventless developing to that extent, then it'll Be interesting to see if the two groups end up working together on a live-action show (which is something Disney loves to exercise). If something equal this does occur, hopefully it won't represent as hokey as the 1977 Spider-Man TV display along CBS.
